Principal Certification or Mid-Management Certification
3 years Administrative experience preferred
Supervises all campus activities and programs
Development, revision, and evaluation of the curriculum
Establishes and maintains an effective learning climate in the school
Plan, organize and direct implementation of all school activities
Prepare and administer the school budget and supervise school finances
Assumes responsibilities for the implementation and observances of all Board policies and regulations concerning school personnel and students
Conduct faculty meetings
Attend special events held to recognize student achievements, and attends school sponsored activities, functions, athletic events, and board meetings
Establish positive relationships and interact with students and parents
Holds the responsibility for official campus correspondence and news releases
Acts as a liason between the school and the community, interpreting activities and policies of the school and encouraging community participation in school life
Responsible for the maintenance of accurate student academic records
Responsible for the maintenance and safety of the school
Additional responsibilities as required
Must pass background check/fingerprinting
